I bought this tool to change car tires, ordered a full set with the plastic box and 2 batteries.
Communication witht he store is horrible. I sent 3 messages and in 2 weeks received no reply. Guys, you need to be better to attract customers. My question was about the batteries capacity.
The package areived to me in one week from Germany with the home delivery by Posti. I am surprised, but it works, easily unscrews bolts on my car, and tightens it too. The motor is really brushless. The quality is ok for the home use, but not for professional use. The handle is good and doesn’t slip. I liked the rubber protector at the front, you won’t hit and scratch aluminum gearbox housing.
Batteries have honest 3 Ah capacity and BMS switches them off at 15,4V discharge. The battery has no balancer and I have nof found a thermal protection sensor. The torque wrench is also compatible with Makita batteries.
Recommend it for home use,but can say the same about professionl heavy duty applications.

Concerning the machine itself, the quality seems correct and level power we are not 1800N.m but it owes car wheels without problem, it must go out in the 800N.m I think. On the other hand the charger is really zero, it would be necessary that GISAM improves this point with a real charger at least in 2Ah and on base… Or at least offer an optional “quick” charger.
